Q: Is your mechanical bull safe?
A: Yes. Bullistic has many safety features to ensure each rider is protected from injury. An inflatable arena is used to make sure anyone falling off the bull lands on a soft surface. We won’t just have you jump on and then turn it up; we explain and teach you how to ride Bullistic. Jump-N-Fun’s qualified certified operators can control the speeds from “Rock-a-Bye-Baby” to “Rock Your World”! Our goal is your safety, comfort, and giving you a positive, memorable experience.
Q: Is there an age restriction to ride the mechanical bull?

Q: Where can I set up a mechanical bull?
A: Just about anyplace indoors or outdoors. We require a level area at least 16’ diameter, but prefer 20’ x 20’. Also, stairs are a challenge, so if it is not a direct, level route, special arrangements and additional fees may be involved. We prefer to have the set up no more than 50’ from the point of delivery/ drop off. Finally, our Bull runs on 110 volt. Three dedicated 20 amp circuits are required. Gas generators can be provided for an extra fee if electrical outlets are not available.
Q: How much space does the bull require?
A: The mechanical bull requires at least 16’ diameter space, but 20’ x 20’ is preferred.
Q: Must I sign a waiver?
A: Yes! Standard in the industry, every single rider must initial every point then print name, sign, and date. Those eighteen and older may sign for themselves (photo ID may be required). Riders under 18 or without proper ID may have a parent or guardian sign for them. NO WAIVER – NO RIDE! There is a downloadable copy of the waiver for Bullistic under forms.
Q: How do you ride a mechanical bull?
A: Bullistic may look intimidating, but he’s a sweetheart and so are the operators. We will show you how to ride and explain how Bullistic moves. Sit almost on top of the handle, and hold on tight with one hand while holding the other hand up high for balance. Squeeze with your knees and keep your upper body and hips loose. When you are ready, your ride will begin at a slow speed so you get a feel for it. You can request to go faster, and while we always respect the rider’s wishes, we want you to have a safe, fun, and challenging, but rewarding experience. Think “jello” and don’t forget …YEE Haaa!!

A2: Capacity or number of players can differ for different attractions. Call Jump-N-Fun at 845-897-4486.
Q: Do the rides and equipment need electricity?
A: Yes, all rides and most of our equipment require electricity to run. All of our equipment runs on 20 amp 110 volt electricity. If you are renting an inflatable, each blower needs its own dedicated circuit, and some inflatables have more than one blower. A dedicated circuit means that it needs to be plugged into an outlet that doesn’t have anything else plugged into it. All equipment needs to be within 100’ of the power source. Jump-N-Fun assumes no responsibility for customer’s insufficient power. If you don’t have sufficient power to run the equipment, we can provide generators for an additional fee. If you choose to rent generator(s) from us, we will take full responsibility for power.
Q: Do you provide attendants?
A: Some of Jump-N-Fun’s attractions can be operated by your own attendant/ volunteer who must be at least 16 years old and trained by our staff upon delivery. Jump-N-Fun requires attendants for some attractions, and provides them for no additional charge up to 4 hours. For those attractions not requiring an attendant, you may choose to hire one of our trained staff so that you may enjoy your party. Rates start at $20/hr.
Q: What is your weather cancellation policy?
A: Our insurance does not allow us to operate in the rain, therefore Jump-N-Fun reserves the right to cancel your event in advance due to unsafe weather conditions. If we cancel your event in advance, you can either reschedule your event or receive a full refund. If you cancel your event 3 hours prior to the start of your event due to inclement weather, your deposit may be applied toward a future event within one year. However, if you ask us to set up and afterwards it begins to rain, you owe the full payment even if you only got to play for a few minutes.
Q: Can we set a rain date?
A: Because other customers may have already booked your rain date as their party date, we do not set rain dates. However, if it rains and your rain date is not booked, you can then book the new date for your event. In the event that your equipment is no longer available on your new date, we will substitute something of equal or greater value for the same price. Think Sunshine! ?

A: Jump-N-Fun sets up local events with no additional fee; distant events may incur a travel fee, depending on the distance.
Q: What are the rules on the inflatables?
A: Remove your shoes and any sharp objects from your clothing and pockets; No food or drink; Do not wet the ride unless it is specified as a water slide; Do not use silly string on or near the ride; Do not operate the ride in the rain. Some attractions require an attendant. Some rides have height restrictions. Do not allow too many people on the ride. Do not remove or turn off blowers when the ride is occupied. Keep objects away from the blower to provide full inflation of the ride.
Q: Where is the best place to set up a ride at my home?
A: Grass is preferable to pavement. Stones require tarps to protect the underside of the ride. Check for a level spot and determine if a pickup truck and possibly a trailer can drive to the spot. You should be less than 100 feet from an electric outlet. You will need a separate outlet for each blower. Some rides require 2 blowers. Beware of power lines and trees overhead.
